9:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Welcome Coffee and Tea at Los Suenos Ranch
10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Slow Flow Yoga
11:00 AM – 11:45 AM: Catered Lunch
11:45 AM – 12:30 PM: Intention Development Workshop
12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Sound Bath (Integrating Intentions)
1:30 PM – 2:45 PM: Reflection Time
2:45 PM – 3:00 PM: Travel to Los Milics Winery
3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Wine Tasting + Snacks at Los Milics
