Zero Empty Spaces (Working Artist Studios) Open House Preview + Information Session

Have you ever dreamed of having a public facing studio space where the community could come discover, collect, and support your art? Where you can invite your friends, family, and collectors? We are excited to be making new affordable working artist studio spaces available in Little Rock, Arkansas at the JLL Managed Park Plaza Mall in partnership with University Markham Holdings LLC, an affiliate of our Second Horizon Capital partners!

Having opened 30 of these spaces in the last 4 years and supporting over 500 artists in the process since opening on Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale in 2019, we are excited to open our first location in Arkansas! Our spaces provide great opportunities for artists to create and collaborate affordably outside of their homes, and for the community to discover, engage, and support the arts. Zero Empty Spaces locations serve as placemaking hubs for artist talks, potlucks, open studio events, non-profit fundraisers, and so much more!

Interested artists and creatives are invited to join for a preview Saturday afternoon 4/6 from 12-1PM while we host an open house and information session with Zero Empty Spaces Co-Founders Evan Snow and Andrew Martineau who will be present on site to discuss the program further.

We have multiple new affordable artist studio spaces available in this location, all at $3/sqft including water and electric on a month-to-month lease term lease. (Average space 96sqft = $300/mo with tax)
