Join us for a rejuvenating experience combining a relaxing, feel-good yoga practice with the indulgence of bubbly. All experience levels, including newcomers, are welcome for this cozy Hatha yoga practice.
About the instructor:
Megan McCrery, RYT, LMT, of Moss and Fern Massage and Bodywork LLC (OBMT License #27026) began teaching yoga 15 years ago to coworkers during their lunch hour after 5 years of her own personal practice. Megan strives toward cultivating a space where students can connect with their bodies through conscious movement and breathing, build mind-body awareness to facilitate pain-free and injury-free movement on *and* off the mat, and to find respite from stress while inviting deep relaxation.
