Visit The Poppy Factory for D-Day 80

As the 80th anniversary of D-Day draws near, you can join the commemorations with a special visit to The Poppy Factory, the home of Remembrance in Richmond upon Thames.

Our expert hosts will guide you through our exhibition with a specially adapted presentation, featuring the vivid testimony of 101-year-old RAF veteran Denis Eggleton. Denis was a recent guest at our visitor centre in Richmond upon Thames. His wartime recollections were captured in a short video that will be shown at our discovery sessions on May 30, June 3, June 6 and June 11.

You will also have an opportunity to enjoy hot drinks and freshly baked cakes, and try making Remembrance poppies and wreaths.

All funds raised through our visitor centre go towards our charity's Veteran and Famliy Services. By visiting, you'll help hundreds of veterans and family members to change their lives through employment each year, across England and Wales.
