This week UVI will be hosting long-time UVI partner, Victor-Catlain Toma, who has built the most successful youth organizing program in Romania, recently adopted by the European Union as a model for engaging rural youth. UVI has been working with Victor and others in an international exchange for some years. Victor was awarded grant funding to visit Idaho and work with us to develop US programing with the best youth organizers across the country.
