Join members of Undivided for Change Ventura as we host an in-person movie premier of "UNDIVIDE US", a film that explores the extreme polarization and division we continue to see in the US and beyond.
The film investigates the influence of media and politics while shining a spotlight on the strength of human connection and our ability to find common ground with each other.
"UNDIVIDE US" directly aligns with the mission of Undivided for Change Ventura, a local group where we welcome people of different backgrounds and beliefs and work to re-learn how to have conversations in the midst of disagreement. Through this learning we seek to find areas of common ground where we can work together to influence local and global change.
As an added bonus, the director of the film will be joining the gathering over Zoom to answer questions and provide tips on how to form lasting connections in the age of division and polarization that is amplified by outside forces.
Tickets are available via Eventbrite. Proceeds from the ticket sales help pay for the event space and provide funding for future events like this one hosted by Undivided for Change Ventura.
