Turnagain Ceramics Holiday Pottery Sale with December Featured Artist Opening: Carla Fox

Join us this small business Saturday for the Annual Holiday Pottery Sale at Turnagain Ceramics! While our front gallery always holds a treasure trove of pottery and ceramic art that is lovingly handcrafted by our studio members, this sale will have even more! From plates, mugs, and bowls to jewelry and sculpture, this sale has it all! This sale is a great place to find a special gift for the pottery lover in your life while supporting a small business and local artists.

Due to this sale's proximity to First Friday, some of our usual festivities have been moved to this event– light refreshments and a reception for our December featured artist: our very own assistant manager, Carla Fox! Carla creates sumptuously decorated pots that are as incredible as she is. Carla will be at the event with her AK Pottery Mobile– a 10-foot box van she renovated herself!

"Carla Fox received her BA in ceramics from UAA, She is a maker and pottery teacher, and is the assistant manager at Turnagain Ceramics. Carla creates functional unique wheel-thrown and hand-built pots in her home studio and can’t help but get carried away with surface design, so she hopes you find some joy in what she makes :)
She also has a lot of fun with digital art design, making embroidery / mixed media art, and curating homegoods!
