Friday, February 21, 2025, 2000 - 2200
Get ready for a hilarious and poignant journey into the lives of dysfunctional siblings in Triad Pride Acting Company's upcoming production of "Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike." This Tony, Drama Desk, and Pulitzer Prize-winning play by Christopher Durang will run from February 21st to March 2nd at the Congregational UCC, 400 West Radiance Drive in Greensboro.
"Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike" is a witty and insightful comedy that explores themes of family, love, and the passage of time. The play follows the lives of three siblings: Vanya and Sonia, who have spent their lives caring for their ailing parents, and their glamorous movie-star sister, Masha. When Masha arrives at their secluded country home with her much younger and considerably more attractive boyfriend, Spike, chaos ensues.
"We are thrilled to bring this brilliant and hilarious play to the stage," says Frank Miller Director. "Durang's sharp wit and insightful observations about family dynamics will resonate with audiences of all ages."
