The Horses of Unbridled, Photography Exhibition
Saturday, June 1, 2024 -- Wednesday, July 31, 2024, 0930 - 1700
Unbridled Sanctuary, in partnership with Suffern Free Library, is proud to announce the fine art photography exhibition, "The Horses of Unbridled," set to open June 1, 2024. This captivating exhibition will run through July 31, 2024, at the Suffern Free Library, located at 210 Lafayette Avenue, Suffern, NY.
Curated by Susan Kayne, founder of Unbridled Sanctuary, "The Horses of Unbridled" is a powerful testament to the beauty, resilience, and indomitable spirit of horses rescued from dire circumstances. The exhibition features work of acclaimed artists and photographers, including Susie Gordon, Shari Benjamin Raymond, Mark Sullivan, Trish Bode, Ron Klein, Tonya Hughes, John Quist, and Holly Scism.
As founder of Unbridled Sanctuary, it is deeply meaningful to have 'The Horses of Unbridled' exhibition hosted by Suffern Free Library,"said Susan Kayne." Our 'Read to the Rescue' literacy initiative has shown us the profound impact that connecting with horses can have on children's learning and empathy. Partnering with a public library, a beacon of accessibility and knowledge, amplifies our mission to inspire compassion and understanding for these magnificent beings.
The artwork on display will be available for purchase, with proceeds directly supporting Unbridled Sanctuary's ongoing rescue efforts. By acquiring a piece from this collection, patrons can bring home a stunning visual narrative while contributing to the well-being of horses in need.
