The Hills United Fighting Trafficking and Exploitation Jan 21st at Spearfish Senior Center

On January 21, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Spearfish Senior Center, join local experts for an engaging and informative event addressing the critical issues of human trafficking and exploitation in South Dakota. Tess Franzen, founder of Freedom's Journey, Inc., will also share insights from her organization's work supporting survivors of trafficking and helping them rebuild their lives.

In addition to presenting key information, featured speakers Tess Franzen (Founder/Executive Director of Freedom's Journey, Inc.), Doris Cardwell (Executive Director of the Phoenix Rising Education Program), and Mary Beth Holzwarth (Human Trafficking Coordinator for the SD Division of Criminal Investigation) will discuss their ongoing work in the field, sharing real-world experiences.
