The Great Mother of Spiritual Awakening, Sunday 26th November, 3-5pm, Porchester Hall, London W2 5HS
Sunday, November 26, 2023, 1500 - 1700
The Great Mother of Spiritual Awakening celebrates the advent of Her Holiness Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, who took her birth in 1923, one hundred years ago, to begin a new chapter in human evolution, enabling people en masse to experience the final breakthrough in human awareness.
"You cannot know the meaning of your life until you are connected to the power that created you" Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi
This new awareness is achieved by the gentle awakening of an inner power, that resides within all of us, known as Kundalini (Sanskrit for feminine coiled energy). The awakening of this power is deeply relaxing and integrates the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual aspects of our personality, and helps the positive qualities innate in every human being, such as peace, joy and forgiveness to blossom. We experience a state of mental silence known as thoughtless awareness and get connected to the all-pervading universal power that surrounds us. It is a verifiable experience that can be felt on our central nervous system and can be perceived in our consciousness. It is the experience of true meditation, otherwise known as Yoga (Sanskrit for union).
As a result of this experience also known as Self-realisation, we feel the absolute peace and joy of our spirit. The experience can be passed on from person to person, just as a candle can enlighten another, ultimately enlightening the whole world.
Shri Mataji said "There can be no peace in the world until there is peace within". With the current global turmoil between nations, within workplaces, families, and even within people's heads, we are in great need of inner peace. The inner transformation of people into more balanced, peaceful and loving beings will lead to a more harmonious and sustainable existence for us all on earth.
This event will comprise of:
Self-realisation experience through the awakening of your innate spiritual energy
Stories, videos, exhibitions of Shri Mataji and Sahaja Yoga
Meditation and music workshop
Live classical Indian music and dance
Guests speakers sharing experiences with Shri Mataji
Light refreshments and a chance to mingle with like-minded people
The event is free of charge as Shri Mataji always insisted that the experience of Self-realisation cannot be forced on anyone, just as it cannot be denied to anyone and it is the birthright of every human being.
Millions of people worldwide have experienced a tremendous positive transformation in their lives as a result of Shri Mataji's gift to humanity, and we invite you too to try this experience for yourself on Sunday 26 November at 3pm in Porchester Hall, London.
