The Glens Falls High School Theatre Ensemble Presents: The Prom, School Edition

The Glens Falls High School Theatre Ensemble is thrilled to present The Prom: School Edition, an inspiring and uplifting musical that celebrates love, acceptance, and the power of standing up for what is right. The production will take place on Saturday April 5th at 7pm and Sunday April 6th at 1:30pm at the Glens Falls High School Auditorium. This production showcases the incredible talents of over 60 student cast and crew members from grades 8-12.
Based on the Tony-nominated Broadway hit, The Prom tells the story of Emma, a high school student who wants to bring her girlfriend to prom, only to face resistance from her community. When a group of well-intentioned but self-absorbed Broadway actors arrives to support her cause, chaos ensues-but so does a journey of growth, understanding, and ultimately, acceptance. This heartwarming musical blends humor, high-energy dance numbers, and powerful ballads to deliver an unforgettable theatrical experience.
Featuring dazzling choreography, vibrant costumes, and a story that resonates with audiences of all ages, The Prom: School Edition is a must-see event. Join us for a night of laughter, tears, and celebration as we bring this powerful musical to life.
