The 38th Annual Russian River Watershed Cleanup

Russian Riverkeeper is pleased to announce the exciting plans we have in store for the 38th Annual Russian River Watershed Cleanup on Saturday, September 21st, 2024! We're looking forward to gathering again with you to show the river some love and care when the summer comes to a close. The September cleanup is our largest of the year and helps remove trash that accumulates over the summer months on the Russian River. This year, there will be teams across the watershed from Ukiah to Monte Rio all contributing with the shared mission of protecting our River and ocean from trash pollution. Our goal in 2024 is to beat our record in 2023 when 468 volunteers collected over four tons of trash and 92 tires- and we can only do it with your help.
