The 2024 Salt Spring Apple Festival

Salt Spring grows over 500 apple varieties ORGANICALLY and is referred to as Apple Heaven. Our Apple Festival is historical, educational and fun, with tasting, tours, juicing, baking and apples sales at 13 unique farms. Features in 2023, included
a) a display of 489 apple varieties at Fulford Hall
b) 236 apple pies (identified by variety of apple used) bake by our PIE LADIES
c) tasting of 80 apple varieties at one farm,
d) explore over 23 varieties of red-flesh apples and
e) experience an apple history back to 1860.
