Tasting Collective Presents a 5-Course Elevated Mediterranean Tasting Event at Nisos Prime

Tasting Collective is a private supper club that offers its food-loving members a more meaningful, up close and personal way to experience Chicago's top independent restaurants.
On a monthly basis, the city's most acclaimed eateries close their doors to the public for private chef-led dinner events with Tasting Collective's roving community of food lovers. Executive chefs craft experimental 5-course tasting menus that showcase their latest off-menu creations. As members eat, they're given the opportunity to share feedback with the chefs, thereby playing an integral role in the culinary creative process. And, as each course comes out of the kitchen, so do the chefs, who introduce each course, share stories, and partake in a Q and A with members over dessert.
March 2024 Feature Restaurant: Nisos Prime
Opened this past August in West Loop, this Mediterranean steakhouse immediately vaulted onto Infatuation's List of "Most Exciting Openings" in Chicago..which, as you well know, is a very big city with a great many openings. Here, Executive Chef Don Walker is flawlessly executing the restaurant's exciting menu devised by Chef Rick Tramonto, of the multiple Michelin-Starred restaurant Tru. Everything is said to be exceptional, from starters like sea bass crudo, crispy octopus, and the giant wagyu meatball to lobster spaghetti and truffle risotto to the fabulous showstopper steaks, osso bucco, braised lamb shank, and more.
