Many of the artists have trained at local institutions such as Lafayette Arts and Crafts Center, LeMoyne Arts, Tallahassee Clay Arts, Florida State University (FSU), Florida A and M University (FAMU), Tallahassee Community College (TCC), and home studios throughout the region.
