Sensual Sunday Mornings - A Womans Group

Embracing sensuality as our inherent right, embracing moments of slowness and inner presence becomes essential for profound connections and embodied living.
As women, societal conditioning has led us to stifle our sensual nature, fostering deep-seated shame that severs our ties to authentic creative expression and self-awareness. The desire to heal and rediscover our truth, power, and vitality beckons, affirming the safety in embracing the entirety of who we are.
The journey into our internal felt senses establishes a sanctuary for exploring and expressing emotions, liberating ourselves to integrate every aspect of our being. This process enhances feelings of acceptance and pleasure while diminishing self-consciousness and shame.
This community welcomes women intrigued by sensuality/sexuality. Some of the topics you might want to bring could be understanding various orgasms, embracing body love, experiencing pleasure, fostering deeper emotional and energetic connections, or how to be a sensual woman. It's a secure space to inquire about unspoken questions and share experiences without judgment.
We will start with drinks and snacks, I will prepare some cacao (raw chocolate hot drink), which is heart-opening. Please let me know if you would like some when you sign up so I know how much to make. There will be teas and other drinks available too as well as some healthy snacks.
Then once settled we will open the circle for sharing. It's a chance for you to share anything you would like to share and what support you might like from the group.
Once all sharing is complete the second half of the meeting will be fluid depending on what the group needs and wants, we might address questions the members have poised or it might be more practical such as reading excerpts from appropriate books, doing exercises such as dance, breath work, conscious touch and many other options that the group as a whole will decide
