Queer Old Souls Social

In hosting this event, our goal is to create a safe and inclusive space where local older 2SLGBTQIA+ feel comfortable gathering. We purposefully have not placed a lower age limit on "old" adults. Some of us are chronologically old souls and some of us just know we have an old soul no matter how many birthdays we've actually had. (because we will be working with woodworking tools however, no children please). We chose woodworking as our focus for this event to facilitate conversation while we hopefully all learn something new. Please note we have to limit the drop in from 645-715pm. Given that both the hosts will be needed in the woodworking area to facilitate the evening, the main doors will be locked by 715pm. There will be light refreshments available. We are very grateful to Create Makerspace for allowing us to use their facility to put this event on.
