If for some reason the concert is canceled due to extenuating circumstances (death, disaster, world events, terrorist attacks, civil war, pandemics or the rapture of the church) a good faith effort shall be made by all parties to reschedule, but no guarantees are made or given. (except for the rapture, when that happens all bets are off, but there will likely be some Petra concerts in Heaven!) If for some reason you cannot attend, please let us know about it at least 7 days before the event and we will try to work with you to get tickets to a new event, to donate the tickets to someone who can not afford them, or in some limited cases re-sell them and provide a refund. (there are no guarantees) Also if you can bring an unsaved friend or relative (and are reasonably sure they will come, we will give you a general admission ticket for them (if capacity permits)
