Off-the_Vine Comedy at Benmarl Winery

Laughs! Wine!! Pizza!!! Those views!!!! Every first Saturday from May to October, Benmarl hosts a night of varietal comedy, a special blend of top names in stand-up, storytelling, improv comedy and more. Meet our comics:

TJ Young is a stand-up, improv, and sketch comedian based in the Hudson Valley. He's shared his light, witty humor on stages across the U.S. from the Hollywood Improv to Caroline's on Broadway, and opened for many greats such as Patton Oswalt, Tom Segura, and Aziz Ansari.

Laura Ornella is a Cuban American, New York-based comedian, actor and writer. Specializing in character acting, Laura has trained at UCB, The People's Improv Theater, and Brooklyn Comedy Collective. Her credits include Just For Laughs, Comedy Central, Vulture, SeriesFest and HollyShorts.
Laura is the Director of Programming for St. Nell's Humor Residency run by New Yorker cartoonist Emily Flake. She is also the founder of the comedy platform Humor Darling (www.humordarling.com). You can see Laura performing with her sketch team Bingo Night or performing characters solo around town.

Art Cai is an Asian-American stand-up comedian who hails from Nebraska and is now based in Brooklyn. He is the host of the OFF MENU comedy show in the Lower East Side, NYC, and the BLUNDER BUS podcast with fellow comedian Vic Van Tran. He's performed for Buzzfeed, Vox, all around NYC (including: New York Comedy Festival @ Caroline's, Asian Comedy Festival and Diverse AF Festival), and once in Thailand

Meredith Dietz performs all over New York and hosts a hit open mic and show in the Lower East Side. Her stand-up has been described as "beguiling" and her upper body has been described as "fine." Her jokes regularly appear in The Onion and Reductress.
