According to Birmingham's Downtown NewsMagazine, Ms. Christiansen has been electrifying audiences with her fantastic vocals and stage presence for over 25 years. Nailing every note with her smooth alto voice up to her high whistle tones, she will send chills up and down your spine and bring warmth to your heart. Laurie Tennent commented, “Jennifer knows how to make each and every person feel like she is singing directly to them. Her magnetic smile and personality make you want to get to know her."
Known for singing the National Anthem for every professional sport team in Detroit Jennifer adds, "I am a straight up to the point Anthem Singer. I try not to stray away from the melody too much because it's 'everyone's Anthem. I'm singing to represent our country and I want the crowds to be able to sing along with me." Jennifer's enduring patriotic spirit is one of the main reasons she's performing on behalf of Cadillac Post 94's American Legion group.
Ms. Christiansen has had the honor of performing and recording an album with The Four Tops, as well as
opening for many acts such as Peabo Bryson, Tony Bennet, Liza Minelli, Barbra Mandrell, Brian McKnight, Rick James, Jessica Simpson, and Chubby Checker. Jennifer performed at The Inaugural Ball for George W. Bush as well.
Jennifer takes pride in her musical talents. Her whole family has music throughout their blood and she is no excep-tion. Originally from Bellefontaine, Ohio she began her career in 1989. "Detroit has taught me the ropes and brought me to where I am today" As a child I never would have thought I would be singing in the Motor City" commented Jenn, "but this is my home now and I am blessed to have such a wonderful 'music' family here."
Jennifer looks forward to every performance and strives to leave you wanting more.
