Meditation and Music

Meditation and Music. Attendees in the chapel will get to hear musical instruments from around the world, hear a bit about the history of musical instruments and meditation, see music and dance, and then experience a short sound bath meditation. Then participants can move to the sanctuary for a compline time of chanting and candlelight. Leaders include Brent Shaw, Cindy Mohr (Blue Pearl Reiki), Maribel Cruz and Oscar Rios. Meditation class from 5:45 to 6:50, gregorian chanting candlelight from 7 to 7:30pm.
