LATIN JAZZ BRUNCH LIVE WITH GRUPO LOKITO (LIVE)!! Sat Nov 23 (1pm-6pm) - Time to bear witness to the most brilliant GRUPO LOKITO. Grupo Lokito here to tropically heat up the rooftop stage - Creating a modern-day cocktail of two of the great world musics; Fusing blistering contemporary Congolese grooves with the fire of Cuban music, alongside latin-spired Selector and DJ JOHN ARMSTRONG. The results??? A haze of energy and good time dance guaranteed up on the (weatherproof/heated) roof at The CLF Art Lounge and Roof Garden.

Expect another righteous lunchtime/early afternoon session where we come together, eat, drink and be seriously, joyfully entertained. With a special authentic Dominican Brunch Menu lovingly prepared by BOCA CHICA available all day long, you know where to come.

GRUPO LOKITO (Band on stage around 2pm, performing 2 live sets)

Grupo Lokito fuses two great musical styles in a glorious cocktail of Congolese and Cuban sounds.

Congolese frontmen Eugene Makuta and Iddo Donnatella's glorious vocals float over the soaring guitars of Kenyan rising star Shama Shah and the rhythmic grooves of Dan Waldman. These blend with the lilting keyboards of Sara McGuinness over the solid foundation of bassist Jimmy Martinez, Lilli Elena on Congas, and Ernesto Marichales on drums.

Grupo Lokito have played at WOMAD, African Oye, and at the South Bank Centre for the EFG London Jazz Festival. Their gigs always pack a punch, winning them a Tropical Act of the Year at the UK Lukas Awards.

The band are famed for their wild dance moves: wowing audiences and filling dance floors wherever they play.
