AARP Virginia will be hosting a Brain Health Exhibit at this event and will be managing the cornhole tournament for individuals registering to compete. Word puzzles and fun activities will be offered to all. This event features resources from local non-profits, free resources and health screenings throughout the day, live music, and dancing. Social connection and wellness are our themes for this event. AARP volunteers will be sharing tips from our Six Pillars of Brain Health and will be encouraging attendees to get serious about healthy behaviors which support positive aging.
