HEALING SERVICE - A celebration of God's Love - with healer Mitch Bensel in Zanesville on 23 June 2024
Sunday, June 23, 2024, 1900 - 2000
Mitch Bensel, with the gift of healing, will present his fifth annual healing service at Coburn United Methodist Church, 3618 Maple Avenue in Zanesville OH on 23 June 2024 at 7:00 PM. Bensel will pray for three different types of healing for those in the sanctuary. He said everyone should feel peace and experience the presence of the Holy Spirit.
He stated when he closes his eyes to begin healing, the Holy Spirit shows him a line of light to the person and variations of light entering them to locate the illness and what type of healing, if any, will take place, God's will be done. He sometimes sees a cancer or infection being encapsulated with light to be held safely until doctors remove it from the body. In 2023, the spot of light Bensel described in a man's painful upper back was captured on an X-ray by a Zanesville doctor. When the lighted object was removed following an operation and placed on a tray, medical staff were astounded when it disappeared. Bensel reminds often that God is still in the miracle business and that medical staff are God's workers.
Mitch Bensel's prayers have healed stage 4 cancer within weeks, COPD, a quadriplegic, damaged and broken knees/necks/backs/bones, lifetime diseases such as severe asthma, migraines, extreme depression and more. When called, his instant prayers have saved lives. When a lady on oxygen at Coburn Church in 2024 could not breathe, a phone call to Bensel and his immediate prayer brought instant deep breaths. The pastor and another witnessed the healing. When asked about the many miracles, Bensel answers, "God is still in the miracle business!"
In May of 2024, hearing a lady screaming in his apartment building, he ran to find her adult brother unresponsive on the floor. With prayer and CPR, Bensel brought the man to life just before the emergency squad arrived. When the hospital staff examined his vital signs, they reported the man had been dead over four hours. Upon hearing their report, Bensel stated that God must need that man in the future.
Sometimes, the Holy Spirit asks Bensel to pray for healing. He never knows how long the prayers sent by the Holy Spirit will last, but most are minutes. When asked to pray for people with Covid-19, he sat down in a soft chair. He could see in his mind the lines of light energy leave his chest and move throughout the world. The prayer lines, hundreds per minute, didn't stop as evening approached. He tried to stay awake, worried if he fell asleep the prayers would stop. He finally slept but could feel the prayer energy emerging from his chest. When he awakened the next morning, the prayers were still being massively sent. This continued unceasingly for three days and nights. Some of the prayer light lines were intense and flooded over a person. One individual in the American northwest was so brilliant with healing light, Bensel thought the person must be very important to God. A friend of his, who he told of the three days of prayers, let him know when twelve days later news reports stated the severity of Covid-19 was not as great as in the past. They both laughed. Bensel's friend believes God is training him in different forms of healing since they are so unique.
When it was believed by the hospital staff that Bensel had cancer throughout his torso, the friend cried while praying for him. That prayer was interrupted by a loud male voice that said, "He is needed in the future." That meant he would live. The mass was removed and Bensel is still living. Healers can heal others, but not themselves. Mitch Bensel needs prayers to survive multiple medical issues.
