Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy Night in Chilwell, Notts February 2025

Funhouse Comedy brings another great night of laughter to The Garage, Chilwell (Barton’s) Nottingham on Saturday February 15th.
Topping the bill is the intrinsically funny Lloyd Griffith comedian, choirboy and an ‘aspiring’ goalkeeper who has supported Jack Whitehall and Rob Beckett on tour. He has also made numerous TV appearances including ’Live at The Apollo’, as regular host on Sky Sports' Soccer AM and on Comedy Central Live at The Comedy Store. As a choirboy in Grimsby, he sang on ‘The National Lottery, with Dudley Moore who played the piano. Then later in life sang backing vocals on a Bee Gees album. A professional singer but always a natural jester he turned to stand-up and with his down-to-earth cynicism and lively attitude, he enthrals the crowd.
Opening the night will be comedian, writer, radio broadcaster and TV presenter Nick Page, a semi-finalist on ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ and winner of English Comedian of the Year. The seemingly indestructible, larger than life, award winning English comic, whose life is a series of disasters, somehow turning into unlikely triumphs. No gimmicks, no PowerPoint, no props and no flipcharts. Just stories and belly laughs, he is a master of his art.
Also appearing is Paul Ricketts whose intelligent humour covers all aspects of life including racial, cultural and satirical subjects; he mixes this with odd stories of everyday lunacy to amuse the crowd.
Compere for the night will be Pam Ford, a real force of nature, full of Aussie charm and hilarious gossip.
