Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy Night in Chilwell, Notts December 2024

Funhouse Comedy brings another night full of laughter to The Garage, Chilwell (Barton’s) Nottingham on Friday Dec 27th.

Topping the bill is the acerbic ‘Mancunian’ comedian and writer Alex Boardman, known for his unique brand of ‘flattery and abuse’, which is done with a lack of malice and a big sense of fun. His improvised witticisms, loved-up reminisces and tall tales can lead anywhere on any given night.

Opening the night will be the intelligent and likeable Australian comic, Mick Neven. Known for his hilarious, observant, sharp and satirical, material the never-ending stream of punchlines take his jokes to the next level.

Completing the line-up is the original and inventive comedy writer and comedian Dan Evans, who has been performing stand-up comedy internationally for over ten years. His twisted logic and silly but playful material is delivered in low-key conversational style. His inspiration comes from daft, semi-surreal time-wasting.

Compere for the night will be comedian, actress, voice-over artist and presenter, the bright and confident Nicky Wilkinson.
