Four Week Beginner Yoga Series

Introduction to the basic foundation of yoga through a workshop approach that will increase your confidence as a yoga student. Brenda provides clear instructions and appropriate modifications that support your understanding of yoga in a welcoming environment. At the end of the session, students will be prepared to join a yoga class at a studio or online that is appropriate to their level and goals. This class is appropriate for beginners and current yoga students who want to deepen their understanding of yoga.
