Finding Meaning: An Exploration of Grief Workshop
Monday, May 12, 2025, 1900 - 2030
This is an educational and therapeutic workshop in which we will discuss the importance of grief and what it looks like; how it shows up in our lives. We will talk about emotions, the importance of self-regulating our emotions, the use of mindfulness as one tool to help with self-regulation of emotions, and the communication of our emotions in a safe and regulated way. We will explore the interplay between our emotions and the meaning we make in our grief. We will spend some time creating a ceremony that will honour and remember our loved ones.
