Father's Day Car Show plus FREE ALASKA ZOO ENTRY for Dads!

Sunday, June 16th, 2024 - Father’s Day with Dads FREE ZOO ENTRY. Zoo is open 9am to 8pm, last entry at 7:30pm. This event day is also the first of the Summer Family Fun Day series sponsored by ConocoPhillips Alaska each summer month at the zoo. The car show will be in the upper parking lot from 11-4 and all other event activities will occur inside the zoo grounds between 12-6pm.11am-4pm: Antique Auto Mushers of Alaska Car Show in the upper zoo parking lot. 12pm-6pm: Kona Ice and B Street Gumbo mobile trucks by the Coffee Shop Greenhouse. All day: Kape Espresso Tayo Zoo Coffee Shop open with specialty drinks and more. 12pm-6pm: Music on the lawn, activities, booths, cotton candy for sale. 12pm-2pm—Juicy Harps (live). 4pm-6pm—Tyler Alaska (live). 1pm-3pm, 4pm-6pm - Petting Zoo open. Zoo mascots on the trails for photos. Coloring station - Coffee Shop Greenhouse. Games like a scavenger hunt from signs, zoo bingo and more. Booths by Ethical Axolotls, Northern Axolotls, Alaska Public Lands Information Center and The Alaska Club South.
