Engage Your Brain! - Brain Health Workshop - Virginia Beach - June 18

AARP Virginia, along with Virginia Beach Parks and Recreation, will be hosting a Brain Health Workshop at the Great Neck Indoor Pavilion!
At this Brain Health Workshop, attendees will be able gather resources from vendors and learn from presentations that include a discussion of the 6 Pillars of Brain Health. There will also be opportunities to engage your brain by participating in games and activities. A light breakfast and lunch will be served to attendees.
