Dorset County Orchestra

Come and join us for our first concert of the season with a programme of Wagner's Rienzi Overture, Tchaikovsky's majestic Fourth Symphony and Mozart's Clarinet Concerto with soloist Ivan Rogachev. Ivan is based in London and graduated with a First Class Honours degree from The Royal Academy of Music where during his studies he won first prize in the Buffet-Crampon competition.. He made his debut at Wigmore Hall and has played under the baton of Sir Mark Elder, Adam Hickox, John Wilson, Barabara Hannigan and others and has performed with many of the top orchestras.
The concert which is conducted by Arturo Serna makes for a varied, wonderful evening.
