Community health and well-being event

We are holding a free community well-being event for all ages to promote a wide range of local services, businesses and support available to help with our health and well-being. Come along and see acrobats, listen to a live band and watch Morris Dancers, you can even take part if you want to! Activities for children include face painting, health play and Birds Aware. For the grown ups, you can can come along and have your blood pressure checked, chat to our health coaches and find out about local services, with over 40 stalls on the day. To help with relaxation, we have local businesses including, Reike, holistic therapies, head massage, and reflexology. We are also holding some talks on Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, liver health and menopause. No tickets needed, just come a long and listen and ask any questions of our experts. Finally, we do have a fantastic raffle, where all funds raising being given to Andy's Man Club, a national service that has a local group in Southampton, supporting men with mental health difficulties.
