Chef's Challenge: Supporting Food Rescue

The Mustard Seed's Chef's Challenge Event Highlights:

All ticket sales support The Mustard Seed's vital work in food rescue and distribution.
This event will feature appetizers prepared by The Mustard Seed's own Chef Christopher Hammer. Vying for your vote, local top chefs will prepare four small plates using food inspired by what we would typically rescue. Here's the menu!
LURE (Chef Curtis Toth): Sous vide prawns with artichokes, capers, grapefruit, garlic chips and red pepper foam.
BLOCK (Chef Tyler Thompson): Apple ash seared pork tenderloin with textures of apples and cranberries with beef demi-glace.
FERRIS (Chef Billy Sanderson): Salmon arancini in bouillabaisse sauce, (saffron, tomato, fennel) with fried capers and parmesan crisp and herb oil to finish.
AURA (Chef Ken Nakano): Kabocha Terrine, with lentils, grains and Vadouvan vinaigrette. (French Curry). Vegetarian.
To finish off this culinary treat, please enjoy Petit Fours from Cakes Etc.
After dinner, dance to the sound of The Helen Davies Band.
To add to the fun, tickets for amazing raffle prizes will be available.
