Celebration Centenary Weekend

One weekend, two events for our Mirrlees Engine Centenary Celebrations!
On Saturday September 14th BBQ food will be available from 5.00pm until 6.30pm and followed at 7.00pm with a talk by Chris Jakes entitled from Scoop wheel to Museum, 1830 to 1982. Admission to talk £5.00, members £3.00 please email for tickets prickwillowmuseumadm1@outlook.com
Sunday September 15th Mirrlees Birthday celebrations continue, Museum opens at 11.00am when we will have many attractions including the running of our celebrity, the Mirrlees Engine also a chance to talk to one or more of the original engine drivers, plus We will have a lot of historical documents and photographs on display, history information/photos of Prickwillow and the engine house, fen tales, engine runs, model engines, bygones, children's activities, and lots more including birthday cake, hot and cold food, raffle.
Museum opens 11am to 4pm. Admission Adults £7, Concession £6.00, Children 6-16 £1, Family £15)
