Caremark's festive coffee and exercise morning

A FREE community Christmas event. People from around the local area will be dropping in to enjoy carol singing, mince pies, hot drinks and conversation. A fully qualified physiotherapist from Caremark will lead the exercise session which is simple to do from the comfort of a chair - designed to improve mobility and enhance wellbeing.

We enjoy meeting people from all walks of life, play word games together, we have a natter, and have a go at the exercises which can be a bit of a laugh as well as actually very beneficial! It’s all very laid-back; the main thing is bringing people together.
