Caremark coffee and exercise morning

People from all around the local area drop in to join us for some conversation, coffee and cake. A fully qualified physiotherapist from Caremark will lead the exercise session and the exercises are all simple to do from the comfort of a chair - designed to improve mobility and enhance wellbeing.
We enjoy meeting people from all walks of life, play word games together, we have a natter, and have a go at the exercises which can be a bit of a laugh as well as actually very beneficial! It’s all very laid-back; the main thing is bringing people together.
