Who is it for? Women at any stage of pregnancy and their birth partners. This is a great foundational workshop for focusing on what a women's basic needs are while giving birth and how to meet them in the birth space.

We will be talking about what those basic needs are while giving birth, how to meet and protect them. Everyone will be sent a decision-making and birth planning pack along with some pre-workshop prompts for you to look at beforehand and bring with you.

There will be opportunities to share, ask questions and explore the topics, but it's also okay if you prefer to be a quiet participant and just take it all in - there will be no pressure to join in if you don't feel like it.

Spaces are limited to 5 to allow plenty of time for discussion.
