Bashas' Grand Reopening Celebration for Camp Verde Store
Wednesday, June 12, 2024, 0600 - 1800
The grocery store, which opened more than 37 years ago, recently underwent a complete remodel. To celebrate, the first 250 guests who visit the store on Wednesday, June 12 (the store opens at 6 am) will receive a free reusable Bashas’ bag filled with goodies with purchase. At 9 a.m. that day, Camp Verde leaders and Bashas’ executives will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony with The American Legion David C. Johnson Post No. 93 color guard. Additionally, between 9 a.m. and noon, guests can enjoy free food sampling throughout the store, including at the in-store Starbucks Café, along with access to a health coach who can answer food-related health questions and offer healthy tips and snacks. Liquor vendors will be on-site to engrave purchased liquor bottles for Father’s Day.
Bashas’ has made upgrades to its entire Camp Verde store to boost customer satisfaction and improve the overall shopping experience. The newly remodeled store will have a host of expanded offerings, including:
• Center Store: Relocation of customer service desk, two more self-checkout stations, a new shopping cart corral area at the east entrance;
• Starbucks Cafe: Relocation of the Starbucks Café to the front of the store;
• Bakery Department: New cake cases, all new bakery tables, and a new bread wall;
• Produce Department: Expanded organic produce sections, new refrigerated cases, and new display cases for tropical fruit, cut fruit, and cold drinks;
• Floral Department: Relocation of the department to the front east lobby, new cold cases for floral arrangements, and more variety of natural plants and floral arrangements overall;
• Deli Department: All new cases, including a self-serve hot food case, a self-serve pizza station, a new pizza oven, a new cheese island, and expanded wall deli cases; and
