Abraham Cupeiro at the CBC Glenn Gould Studio, Oct 22 at 8pm

Abraham Cupeiro is a composer, instrument builder, and versatile musician with a specialty in rare and historic wind instruments. He constructs his ancient instruments using historical writings and illustrations, then uses creative, modern, and cinematic musical compositions to bring these instruments to life for listeners of all ages and musical tastes. He will be accompanied onstage by some of Ontario's most talented chamber musicians. You will hear music from his recently recorded CD with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in London England.
