Outdoor lunch, live music, speaker presentations, poetry. Reserve by May 19 at AmericanVegan.org or phone 856-694-2887. Thereafter phone for attendance availability. Cost $30. ($15 for students and low income) Volunteer help welcome
An outdoor lunch at noon includes appetizers and features local New Jersey produce in salads and sandwiches. Enjoy vegan franks and chili. Finish with cheesecake and strawberries for dessert.
Marlene Howell and Lisa Melian will entertain guests with popular music and original pieces.
Presentations begin at 2pm: Saurabh Dalal "Investing Ethically to Fuel the Vegan Economy" and Seth "Tofurky" Tibbott "Vegan Food Products: Technologies and Trends". Emcee: Barata El.
Books, T-shirts, and more will be on sale in the AVS bookstore 11am - 5pm.
