The journey will culminate in a ceremonial Reishi tea experience, inviting you to sip with intention and honour the wisdom of nature's medicines.
This Spring Equinox 360° Soundbath also supports our African Earth Cause, in partnership with Love Support Unite (LSU) and The Oceania Project. Flowing into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra session, this experience will transport you through breathtaking soundscapes-from Icelandic waterfalls infused with chakra-toning meditations to the singing humpback whales of the Australian oceans, and the iconic wilderness of Africa's Kruger National Park.
