Strut your stuff in the FREE parade or unleash your creativity in the costume contest for just $8. With 2 categories- Pets and Pets and Their People- there is a great chance to win amazing prices from local businesses and cash! The audience gets to crown the Grand Prize winner, so bring your A-game! All proceeds benefit Rusty's Legacy, a shelter dedicated to rehoming pets from high-kill shelters. Registration for the costume contest is from 1:30-2:30, and the parade kicks off at 3 PM. Don't miss out on the fur-tastic Halloween fun!
