2025 Special Olympics Alaska - Tanana Valley Community Charity Golf Tournament

Special Olympics Alaska has been in the Tanana Valley since 1969, and athletes compete in a variety of sports. In 2024 golf was added to the repertoire and it has been a hit with the Athletes!

Please join us for a fun day with a scramble on the course as we raise funds and awareness for a great cause! All proceeds raised will stay in the Special Olympics Alaska, Tanana Valley Community.

Sponsorship options include teams, prizes, food, drink tokens, tee boxes, and silent auction items. See the list below for details.

Team sponsorships are separate from other sponsorships.
If your company would like to sponsor something for the event, but requires an invoice or to pay by check rather than paying by CC, please select the "Pay By Check or Invoice" ticket or contact Natalie (see following). She can facilitate that for you.

Tentative Schedule:

8:00am - Driving range, breakfast, and registration all open

8:30am - Captain's meeting

8:45am - Head to holes

9:00am - Tee off (shotgun)

2:00pm (approx.) - Lunch

3:00pm - Awards

3:15pm - Close silent auction

Team $500 - Four company representatives
Special Team $500 - Two company representatives. One Special Olympics Athlete. One Special Olympics Partner.
Tee Box $500 - Hole sponsor
Driving Range $700 - Open range before and during tournament
Drink Tokens $2,000 - Two drink tokens per player
Breakfast $3,000 - Food by Midnight Sun BBQ and Pizza or catered
Lunch $5,000 - Food by Midnight Sun BBQ and Pizza or catered
Participant Gift Bag $4,000 - Branded reusable bag for all tournament players
Putt For Bucks $500 minimum - Either start the pot or match up to given amount
Longest Drive $Varied - Hole 16 for men, Hole 2 for women; we will coordinate prize with donor
Closest To The Pin $Varied - Hole 6 for men, Hole 10 for women; we will coordinate prize with donor
Hole In One $Varied - Hole 17; we will coordinate prize with donor
First, Second, and Third Team Prizes $Varied; we will coordinate prize with donor
Door Prizes $Varied - Small or large items welcome; we will coordinate prize with donor
Silent Auction $Varied - We will coordinate with donor

All sponsorship items are a la carte. Sponsorships are tax-deductible.

After registering, Natalie will contact you for team participant information, paying by invoice, clarification on what you want to do for the $Varied priced items, or any other needed information.
